Is GEM money I can cash out? +
No. GEM is earn-only and non-cashable. You earn it by learning and spend it inside the ecosystem; it can't be converted to cash or sent to another person.
How does paying in the rewards store work? +
Checkout uses your GlobalPiggy wallet. The platform deducts the GEM or NDJI and fulfils your order directly — so you spend value you earned, never cash.
Who holds my balance and keys? +
