1. Terms Agreement
By creating a wallet or using the GlobalPiggy service provided by The GlobalPiggy Foundation ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement regarding your use of our digital wallet, financial tools, and marketplace.
2. Service Overview
GlobalPiggy is a Blockchain-based Financial Hub built on the Algorand Network. It connects educational achievements from NodajiFi with the real economy via:
- Digital Wallet: Secure storage for the platform's Tri-Token assets.
- Minting Service: Converting learning achievements into Algorand Standard Assets (ASAs).
- Payment Gateway: Processing payments for external online shopping malls.
- Marketplace: Sales of physical goods and Flight Safety Tickets.
3. The Tri-Token System
You acknowledge that the Service operates using an ecosystem of three distinct asset types:
A. Learning Reward Tokens (Pre-Mint)
Off-chain points from NodajiFi representing learning value. They cannot be traded until Minted.
B. Stable Tokens (Spending)
Blockchain tokens designed to maintain a pegged value. Used exclusively for purchasing goods, Flight Safety Tickets, and making payments.
C. Native Tokens (Investment)
The ecosystem's primary cryptocurrency. Used for investment and trading. You acknowledge that Native Tokens are volatile assets.
4. Minting & Conversion
- Minting: Records your off-chain learning achievements onto the Algorand blockchain.
- Swapping: Users may exchange (swap) between Native Tokens and Stable Tokens within the App.
5. Flight Safety Ticket (Smart Contract)
- Coverage: A smart contract providing accident coverage.
- Payout: Compensation (100,000x the ticket price) is triggered only upon official verification of an aviation accident.
- Safe Arrival: If the flight arrives safely, the ticket price is contributed to the Foundation's ecosystem fund.
6. Fees & Transactions
- Network Fees: All transactions require a small Network Fee (paid in ALGO).
- Service Fees: GlobalPiggy reserves the right to charge service fees on internal swaps or merchant payments.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The GlobalPiggy Foundation shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses due to market volatility.
- Losses due to blockchain network failures.
- Losses due to lost private keys or user error.
8. Governing Law
The GlobalPiggy Foundation will be established under the laws of Dubai, UAE. However, you agree that any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
