This document applies to the v2 service. Users who do not use v2 features remain on the v1 service.
1. Getting started — independent web app and authentication
GlobalPiggy is an independent mobile web app operated separately from the NodajiFi app. globalpiggy.org (web) is the official site linked to it.
Sign-in uses the existing methods (passwordless login — magic link / OTP, phone number) plus a PIN code to protect financial / digital-asset functions. The PIN is stored only on the user's device; our servers do not retain it. Linkage with the NodajiFi learning account works only with the user's explicit consent.
2. Identity verification (KYC)
To use v2 digital-asset features, identity verification (KYC) under applicable law is required. KYC serves legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering (AML) and is processed through licensed custodians.

3. GEM conversion (optional)
You can convert the GEM you earned through learning in v1 into v2 digital assets.
- Conversion is the user's choice, not the default, and is not forced.
- You may keep using GEM the v1 way without converting.
- GEM accrued while a minor does not auto-convert; an age criterion applies to conversion eligibility.
Conversion ratio, limits, and fees follow the official policy [confirmed at launch].
4. Payment & use (NUSD)
NUSD is a stable-value payment token. It can be used to pay for goods and services within the ecosystem.

5. Transfer & donation (where available)
Cross-border value transfer and donation tools may be provided.

Safety and responsibility
- Digital assets may carry risks including value fluctuation. Risk disclosures follow the official disclosure at launch.
- The company does not promise returns; this guidance is not investment solicitation.
- Private keys and sensitive payment data are not held directly by the company but processed by licensed custodians.
- The company never requests additional deposits such as "recovery fees." Do not respond to contacts outside official channels.
